Albateel, a multi-generational family enterprise owned by the Zaidan family, is rooted in Aleppo, where we began in the 1970s as a textile trader. In 1987, the second generation expanded into food and beverage, building a portfolio of a diverse number of products with a specialization in coffee and nuts. Our supply chain is anchored by direct relationships with trusted exporters in Brazil, India, and the United States, ensuring consistent quality from source to shelf.

In 2012, conflict in Syria forced a strategic relocation of operations to Turkey. From our base in Istanbul, we established a nationwide coffee distribution business serving retailers, cafés, and wholesalers. The experience strengthened our logistics, quality control, and market-development capabilities.

As conditions allow and Syria enters a period of reconstruction, we are re-registering our company in our home market with the goal of being an active participant in rebuilding trade infrastructure, transferring know-how, and creating employment.
